  • How long does it take to convert my audio file to text?

    The uploaded audio file will be complete within 33% of the audio length. For example, if your video length is 100 seconds long then it typically takes 33 seconds to complete.

  • What languages does EndQuote support?

    English. First we focus on flawless English transcription, then we introduce new languages.

  • How can I improve the level of accuracy?

    In order to get the very best transcription it is essential that you upload audio with high quality. Avoid background noises, thick accents, and and have a high quality microphone. When you have multiple speakers make sure that they do not speak over each other and that they are talking directly into your microphone. Please bear with us as we are perfecting our language model and will soon be able to handle strong accents and other languages.

  • What types of files does EndQuote support?

  • Are my files and payment information protected?

    We use Stripe to process your payments. None of the payment information is being stored on our servers. Stripe is using industry standard encription protocols to process your payment.
